Fall Sunday

Good Day, all.
How are you? I went for a walk on the lake this morning then stopped by
Starbucks.

The kids carved pumpkins last nite...

This pic was taken at night with a flash and enhanced with Photoshop.
I tried to "fix it" but they look like ghosts. I guess in keeping with the
jack-o-lanterns.

I think the boys did a good job of carving...with no injuries!

How's your week-end going. I had a funeral yesterday and the kids bbq'd for
Ant's 34th b-day!

The kids played a game called "beersby" involves a beer bottle on a pole,
a frisby and a drink in hand. It was fun just watching 'em.

frustrated

Hi All. How are you?

It's been a rather frustrating day...computer problems took all morning to figure out. I figured
it out but it put me in a cranky mood. Especially since the kids were bugging about it all morning.

Anyway...feeling better now but having problems with re-sizing my images for the blog! WTF

It's Goldie and Pepper. I've been trying to get aquainted with my GE digital camera. Both
these pics were sized to 700ppi but when I save for the web I don't get the complete pic.
I have to downsize it again(350 ppi) in order to get the whole image. Can't figure out what
I'm doing wrong?

In the preview it the pics look fine so...

Stepping away from the computer now-giving my brain a rest. LOL

Before I go...Riddick lacked something...can't put my finger on! Don't want to say "meh" but...

Yesterday the kids through a bbq. So much fun.

Pepper sunning while waiting to get at the food! He's so sneaky;)

Jasmine and Karah share a laugh.

I like to get a group picture of the Bryson women whenever we get together.
We had such a good time. Can't remember why we were laughing but it must have been very funny.

Sunday at the lake

Hello,

Yesterday I went for a long walk..6miles? to atone for not going to Jazzercise all week-end.
It was a beautiful day so it didn't feel like a chore.

This garden was along my route. I couldn't capture it in all it's splendor but it was gorgeous.
And this boat was docked at the lake.

Funny, I didn't notice person in background when I took the picture. I'll have to be more aware.

 These flowers were at Northwestern...along the path I walked yesterday.

Of course I couldn't let a photo op of the lake get past me. The path along the NU campus is beautiful. Hard to believe they're only 47th of the prettiest college campus in the US.
